Kate is a highly organized and tech-savvy executive bookkeeper and virtual assistant with 20+ years of experience supporting high-level operations and business owners. She’s an expert in managing complex digital ecosystems, including QuickBooks, CRM administration (Salesforce), project management (Asana, Monday, ClickUp, Trello), and multi-channel communications. Kate has a proven ability to operate independently in remote environments, delivering streamlined Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and high-touch administrative support that allows clients to focus on scaling their business. She’s spent time in the for-profit, non-profit, and education sectors, has been a full-time work-at-home virtual assistant, a full-time work-at-home mom, and a full-time employee.

Kate holds an M.Ed. in college counseling from the University of Delaware and a BA in art history from Ithaca College. She is one who actually used her degree in art history while working as a sales administrator for a premier auction house in New York City.
